I had some tenants in my flat who started up multiple phone and Apple watch accounts with O2 using my address. The day after opening these accounts they left to return to their native Brazil. They have now defaulted on the phone and watch contracts and I am getting chasing letters from O2 which mention recovering the money by debt collection agencies.
I spoke to Kelly in the Payment Dept who showed no interest in helping me and said that they will eventually write off the debt.
This annoys me because I don't believe O2 will write off fraud so easily and I'm very concerned that debt agencies will visit my property and O2 will inform credit agencies which will then have my address on record.
Basically I want O2 to record that this person no longer lives at my address and stop sending letters.
Who can I contact to discuss this?
