We are all customers here so we have no idea.

O2 never give firm dates for the fixing of a mast as there are too many variables ranging from getting site access to receiving spares. The latter is a big issue at the moment due to the world wide shortage of chips.

Check https://status.o2.co.uk/ and log the fault there.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

It’s anyone’s guess.
O2 never specify timescales and there’s any number of reasons why repairs can take a long time.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
