I've received an email to call 0800 number to pay final bill (cancelled DD)
I have tried to get through but I am permanently on hold- please advise how I can pay the final bill and not receive any more late payment charges.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )
