Hi I lost my driving license and rang DVLA (0904 012 9555)today.  It takes 16mins but no body answer the phone.  It end up with I had got no answering but still charging me £60 for extra bill.  I’m really pressured with this bill as it’s so ridiculous.  Could you please help me look into it and get step in ? I’m your loyal customer for years and years. And this is my first time to get so silly issue.

This isn't customer services.

You need to call Payment management tomorrow on 0800 902 0217 and they will be able to advise / assist.

Also for future reference the number to call the DVLA is  0300 790 6801  Driving licences and applications - Contact DVLA - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

The number you rang is a scam...

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
