Esim on Apple watch

Hello everybody,

 

I have an Iphone 13 which has an O2 sim card for my work number & an E-sim for my personal number. 
I now have an Apple watch 9 cellular & i’m looking to find out if i need to have another Esim for it OR can i register it with the E-sim on the phone and use the watch and phone to make/receive calls

 

any advice appreciated

You need to activate the  esim in the watch which will cost you £7 per month.
