Error code 14 again with Apple watch

Hi

Has anyone had this resolved recently, the agents I used to contact all say former staff on their profile.

I feel like I’ve wasted a year of paying for my Apple Watch plan for it not to be connected properly.

It is very hit and miss, @DeeRead - you could try popping into an O2 Store with photo id and let them have a go, some have reported success that way. Good luck!

I assume that you have searched this forum for "error code 14" and other variations on the phrase ?

There are quite a lot of threads about it which might contain relevant information or solutions.
