Been trying to connect an apple watch to my account since August. Been on to customer services for over 8 hours and been to 3 shops. No one seems to be able to help. Watch pairs and then when try to add data plan I get a message saying will get a text in 24 hours to complete setup but if not to ring 2020 and quote code 08 any help appreciated !
Do you have an iPhone with a monthly contract sim?
Do you have iData enabled on your account?
Do you have a direct debit in place to pay your bill from?
