Recently purchased an Apple Watch Ultra via O2, when trying to add the mobile plan i get error code 90. Tried unpairing/repairing, resetting etc but no luck. Any clues?

I need help with this same problem too. My Apple Watch was fine till last night when my watch said no sim, no connectivity. Went to the watch app and it said not in use 02 with an orange I next to it. I rang customer services and was told I’d get a call back as the operator didn’t know what the problem was.
So I googled it and saw people saying to remove the not in use 02 and try to start afresh which I did only to get the error 90 message. Please help

Same here guys. @georgina tried to help yesterday but no luck.
I have reset, refreshed, unpaired my watch Ultra but still no luck. Also, last night, my battery went from 100% to 42% when I woke up! Scary.
This seems to be an O2 issue and I hope I don’t get charges for the £5 airtime which is repeatedly being activated/applied.

According to @O2Ryan O2 are aware of this new error code and are working on a fix.
