Hi, getting code 14 to set up my mobile services, apple Ultra. Can someone help please? I have called O2 few times but they don’t seem to know how to fix it? Thanks

It's a known fault that O2 are working on.

Log it with the social media teams.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
