Hi. I am just enquiring about the Roaming Fair Usage Policy. I know as a customer we have 63 days within an EU country to use our phone as normal. However, after that 63 days additonaly charges will apply. Is there any way to find out how many days left I have? And when charges would start to apply? 

I haven't recieced any text, but my 63 days should be near.

@Jakepclarke There isn't anyone here who would know when you left the UK. We are all customers. Can't you figure it out from the day you left?

Hi. Yeh I know no one on here would know when I left. But is there an O2 chat service/number that can look at my account and inform me? 

That's the thing. I left just over 63 days ago. But I haven't recieved a text or anything
