I have bought an eSIM for an iPad and it will not activate, can you help, I have phoned many times now to speak to the O2 staff to no avail.

Did you remove your old physical SIM card  -assuming you previously used one. This is what prevented my switchover from working.

O2 support didn't suggest this. I tried it by chance after trying my wife's sim. I'm glad you have your iPad working.
