Solved: Duplicate text

Incoming text duplicate every hour. People send me a text it repeats the text twice every hour. It either causes a bottleneck and I then stop receiving any txt from anyone. Phone has been checked for bugs or fault. It has come back clean said it must be network resending exactly every hour. Help
