I’ve been with O2 since May and have loads of service issues even on WiFi. I cannot get a resolution, today I have been cut off twice at 45 minutes. Apple say its O2 and not phone and O2 I am getting nowhere, I cannot keep holding on for this length of time. I need to get away from O2, they are not providing a good service or it maybe phone, either way I am losing out with no help.
