I keep getting this message when trying to download bills for accounts. Tried calling the o2 awful telephone number and just got cut off. No live chat available. its been this way for over a year now, ridiculous! Sometimes you just need to speak to a human
Have you tried using a different browser to download your bills?
Clear your cookies or Temp Internet files and dont use Firefox...
