As a CCA is purchasing with cash, and then o2 loaning you the funds to do so, then the monthly payments include the amount of VAT on the cash price split over the length of your CCA.
If you are wanting to claim back have a look at the VAT rules on HMRC and expenses, it gets very complicated.
Also o2 won't provide an Invoice for the monthly payments as its tied into the CCA, and you are paying them back.
