Does anyone else have a deferral in place but constantly gets shut off every 48 hours?

I really wish O2 would learn how to get rid of their automated system because I was accepted for a 3 month deferral on payments but since then have had services turned off on five occasions where I've had to contact chat and sometimes they don't even see that it's supposed to be on there, which is all just absolutely ridiculous as many other companies have been able to handle deferrals easily.
Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

Everyone with an agreement in place with O2.

The sytem automatically overrides any agreements made and customers have to keep calling to get reconnected.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
