On Friday I signed up for Disney plus free for 6 months. I have not received an email yet to activate this and when I look at my app on my extras it says to activate this but when I do this it comes up with a 404 error can you help
There's a known issue currently which O2 are investigating.
There's probably 50 posts on here in the last week about it.
