Dislike iPhone Purchased in October 2021

Hi,

I have purchased an iPhone 13 Pro but I really dislike it. I had an iPhone 11 before and the new model is a big disappointment. 

I wondered, is there anyway I can keep my phone contract and payment etc but for a different phone?

You will need to pay your device plan completely before o2 will allow to change phones, you can offset this cost by selling your iPhone 13 Pro to the likes of CEX or recycling through one of the many services.
