Hi,

I bought a new iPhone with a monthly contract in December. I would like to sign up for my O2 Teacher discount but my employer knows nothing about an O2 open code to enable me to get my 25% discount.

What should I do?

If your employer doesn't know the code then you can try texting OPEN, followed by your company’s name, to 61202

If that doesn't work the you need to speak to employers HR Department

If you're in state education your employer is your local government do check with their HR department.
