4 calls to O2 customer services today. Nearly 4 hours of calls. Cut off twice I’d guess for asking awkward questions. Despite asking politely for WiFi calling and 4G calling to be disabled they insist on going through pointless attempts to fix this. Latest was to disable voicemail ##002# then call 1750 to re-enable voicemail. Still 15 sec delay. Tried to get me to reset network settings on the iPhone, I refused because I don’t want to loose all my WiFi settings. How can I get this fixed? Seems to have started when I was moved to the new billing system?

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
