I've just bought an iphone 12 and am a new customer with o2 i am also trying to order an apple watch but it wont let me as it says i have to have a direct debit on my account, surely though i already have one from when i started my contract?

@coryAs this is an account related issue, we can't help. You need to call O2 on any number in this guide
