Hi, I keep getting emails about a direct debit has been set up for me but I have had a direct debit for years with you, are you able help?

Customers are being moved onto the new 360 billing system which requires the set up of replacement Direct Debits.

Pity they did not communicate that, but then O2 have never been good at communications 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here
