Hi, I have a Doro 6880 phone. I have a voicemail on it that I can't get rid of. How do I delete it, please?

Hi Breanna, I got the audio part deleted, but the word "Voicemail 901" is still there and the green Message light is still flashing on and off annoyingly.

Sort of. The lady in my local O2 shop took the battery out and put it back in, and that solved the problem.
