Why would the free earbuds with the Samsung S23 be available when there is a delayed delivery of this phone, when you have only 30days to claim the free gift on first day of purchase? I placed the phone order on the 12th and says more then 4weeks for delivery? Any help would be appreciated.

You claim within 30 days of purchase, not receipt of phone.

Promotion is run by Samsung, not O2 so any queries should be addressed to them.

Claim £100 cashback and a pair of Galaxy Buds FE worth £99. Ends 25 Jan.
