Solved: Default payment up O2 affecting my credit score

Hi could anyone help . I have an outstanding payment of £16.00 to O2 registered to my credit score that is affecting my credit score ....any idea where I go to pay this off. Thanks. I didn't even know it was in default or registered as default thka. Maggie

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
