Data won’t work abroad unless I connect to WiFi

Hi

 

my mobile data will not work abroad unless I connect to wifi - I have data roaming on.

 

Is there an automatic bar on some accounts and if so is there an easy way to contact O2 to get them to remove it? (I’m going round in circles on the help and support questions that just takes you to various data roaming questions or eurozone packages)

Try manually selecting a different overseas network

If you have an iphone change the network APN to mobile.o2.co.uk
