The coverage checker does not report any service issue, but i have no way to connect to internet via phone, and i need it for work.

Since i am paying a good amount for unlimited data, i think i'd need an explanation.

Alternatively, can i change provider even though i am in the middle of my contract with O2?

Thanks.

Luca

@LucaMLittera

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

@LucaMLittera You can change providers any time you like, you just have to pay for it: Cancelling your contract - An updated guide - O2 Community You can't just walk away because you're not getting a signal. Read the Terms & Conditions of your contract.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

In simple terms, mobile data speeds are dictated by the amount of capacity available divided by the amount of users. Thus the on-screen signal bars are an indicator of coverage not of quality.

You can have excellent speeds in poor coverage, just as much as poor speeds in good coverage.
