If you have an iPhone change your data APN to "mobile'o2.co.uk"
Reboot the phone. If that doesn't work then do a manual search for another network.
Finally if none of the above works, you need to call O2 to check whether you have a roaming bar on your account. All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
