Data not working

This has been going on for nearly a year now. My daughter is unable to use mobile data. O2 firstly went over the phone settings with me when it still didn’t work they sent me into a shop who were clueless as to what they were supposed to do and didn’t know why I was sent in there. O2 then sent me a new SIM card still didn’t work. Daughter was due an upgrade so we decided to upgrade and see if that would help and it hasn’t! She now has a new sim a new phone and is still unable to use mobile data. O2 are not helping like I say it’s been going on nearly a year! What can we do? I’m paying a fortune for this phone and she is unable to use the mobile data.

Not sure why you would upgrade and miss the chance to leave, but nevertheless, you need to speak to O2 to sort it out.

I have 5 contracts with them not just this one. Not as easy as just leaving unfortunately.

Not sure I understand that either @LynseyN 

If the account was eligible for an upgrade you could have just ported that number to another network for free.
