Data coverage in York centre

Hi, for as long as I can remember the centre of York has suffered from a lack of data capacity - a perception shared by every O2 customer with whom I've spoken and confirmed by your network issue map which describes the area as constantly busy. I'm only with O2 out of consumer lethargy/I'd forgotten how cripplingly useless the issue makes my phone during the lockdowns. Can you offer me any assurance that this situation, which has continued for years, will change?

@Thorpe

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Ta. The help section in the members area directed to post here to speak to their "technical experts". I've been fobbed off on social many times over the years too. Guess I just need to overcome my inertia and find a provider interested in investing in infrastructure! Thanks for replying.
