Hello Recently over the last week I have rubbish connection reliability. When I pick my phone up it's luck if I have a data connection, instead of checking emails or going to a website I either have to wait for a connection or turn data off wait 30 seconds to a minute. (Not impressive) I had payg £15 bundle which I updated recently with a £10 at the advice of a salesman as you had a deal on £10 bundles for more data (about 1 week before the problem started).
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Have you tried resetting your connection settings on the handset or trying a different phone.

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World
