I have just bought a one-off data allowance. It doesn't show on my phone - the original 2GB limit shows under "data usage" and I am worried it will cut off access when I reach that 2 GB limit.
To check I have tried to contact O2 via Live Chat but cannot get through as after providing account info it asks user to "select an option" re nature of enquiry from a drop-down menu but the drop-down menu doesn't show when the down arrow is clicked on.

Meant to add that I have reset the data limit notification on the phone but I got a warning text from O2 warning me I was approaching the previous, lower, limit even though I'd had one acknowledging the uplift.
