Hi @O2Lisa and @megjess, I purchased two payasyougo 30 day 100 GB roaming SIM cards for my travels in Europe. The first SIM card had no problems and worked perfectly however when switching SIM cards I now cannot connect to 4G/3G/2G. I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions and have still had no luck. Could you please help me solve this issue?

If your 2nd SIM is topped-up and you are on Android, try resetting your network settings. 

On Apple, change APN to payandgo.o2.co.uk instead of idata. And reboot, @Tahlia - good luck.
