Solved: Data Roaming Issues in Canada

I'm travelling in Canada in Vancouver with data roaming included but can't access it. I can't more than 3G on my phone.

Does anybody have any ideas about how to connect?

O2 roaming data is throttled to 0.5mbps in O2 travel countries.

You need a local sim for data or use wifi where possible.
