Hello,
Unfortunately my galaxy buds fell out of my ear and fell in the sea, I still have my warranty, how do I apply for a new pair ?

This is not covered by warranty, as it is classed as user damage... and not a manufacturing fault
You will need to contact Samsung and pay for a repair, or make a claim on your household insurance for a new pair..
