I've been cut off but paid my bill and still no network

@Ian1979 If you only paid today be aware that it can take 48 hours for the funds to clear O2's system.

You can speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

You can use Skype to call: Guide: A Guide to Skype 

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am
