Cut off after tariff change

Yesterday morning I changed my tariff for a different one and was also advised that a new sim card would be available as my existing is quite old, I said yes, and can keep the same number. Yesterday afternoon O2 cut me off from everything, I've no service, no wifi calling and they've closed access to my online account. Anyone else had similar problems?

I have a similar as my account does not have the devices I’m paying for but I’m paying double the amount. I still have my usage but it’s very limited.

Morning Cleoriff,

 

My old sim was briefly operational yesterday before being cut off again so I'll be changing companies I think. Today will be the 4th day without a working phone, I'm self employed I work remotely I very much need a means of communication. This incompetence by O2 is not acceptable. Thanks for your help though.
