Anyone had any joy ever getting a reply from the Credit File Referrals team. 

 

I am currently going through a mortgage application and O2 are reporting i am 2 months in arrears which i'm not! Desperate to get this resolved and emailed them over 2 weeks ago now and nothing. I am at risk of mortgage falling through because of this.
