You need to call O2 Business on 8002.

Hope that helps.

@Esra

Not sure you can call 8002 from a consumer contract, I've never tried it myself, but all the details you need are in this O2 help https://www.o2.co.uk/business/support/accounts/transfer-an-account

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Its the same as when you call 402 it will connect but when it picks up your number, or you don't enter one  it will put you through to Normal Customer Services...

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Thought that would be the case tbh, but no what has been said above.

@Cleoriff says she was connected to business CS?

What actually happened was the automated voice said Welcome to O2 Business. Is the number you are calling from the one you want to speak about? Press 1 for Yes or 2 for No.... I pressed 1 and was told it was closed.

At no point was I told I couldn't speak to them......

However, I am contract and can ring 4445 and top up my sons PAYG phone. Or speak to PAYG CS.

I presumed that would be a similar set up.
