Solved: Contract Account Holder Change

Hi,

I have a monthly contract that is in my ex partners name.

Is there a way I can move the whole contract over into my name?

The only way is to take a new contract in your name.

You'll need to pass the credit checks.

You can then get your ex partner to transfer the number to your new contract.
