Contacting O2 re repair

Got an upgrade some time ago, phone not working correctly, camera keeps crashing.  How do I send back for repair?  Passed the 30 days limit but I have insurance.  Everytime I click on 'contact us' it takes me round in circles, can't see a number or email to get the bag sent out to send phone back.  Thanks

The contact number is on the contact us page which is linked to on every page the number to call is 0344 809 0202 or 202 

 

There is no email support with o2.

 

It might also be better to contact the manufacturer as they might be able to get it fixed quicker.

Thank you, couldn't see any number, everytime I clicked 'contact us' took me to a page to pick a topic, no number.  Also I have insurance with O2 so not paying for repair.  Thanks
