Connection problems in ME8 6AN are

Hi, I’m visiting family in the ME8 6AN area of Kent and the O2 signal has been rubbish for ages, can anyone tell me when it is likely to be fixed? As other companies e.g EE have no such problems.

Hi @SteveB62 - all I can suggest is to follow the pointers in this Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? 

And get others you know in the area on O2 to use the online Network Status Tool as well, as explained in the guide.
