how to I add my son to my account so I can see his usage

Currently you can't.

O2 have suspended merging accounts whilst all the migrations from Virgin are ongoing.

You would need his login details for his MyO2 to see his usage.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
