Charged More than Double

Hi,

I have recently finished paying of my device plan and have been looking forward to seeing my bill drop now that my device has been paid for. However, I was horrified to find out that my bill had more than doubled its usual regular amount rather than decreasing! What is going on?

No-one here has access to your account so you need to call O2. If on Refresh your bill will be much lower when you pay off your device Guide: How does O2 Refresh work?
