Today I requested to change to a sim only plan as my contract was over. I had this all set and agreed and was told I needed to use a new 5g sim as I was getting a new iPhone. This will arrive in 1-3 days and I was told my current sim would still work. However it has stopped working and I am now unable to download the my o2 app to my new phone as it require a verification to be sent to my number which I obviously cannot receive currently. I need my old sim reactivated until the new one is ready.
