Changing ringtone length

I need help changing my ring length from 20 to 30 seconds on my new phone, Samsung A52s.

I have never had an issue before using **61*901*11*30#, but when I do this it says 'Call forwarding when no reply for All Speech Services Connection problem or invalid MMI code'

 

Can anyone help?

Try with turning off WiFi Calling and then sending the command again.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Thanks, but wifi calling is already swiched off. Any other ideas?

Turn off wifi connection (not just wifi calling) and mobile data so you just have the phone enabled.

Some Samsung phones won't send when 4G is enabled. Code has to go 2G or 3G

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I have the same issue. Tried with wifi calling off, wifi off and data off. Still get error message on my Samsung Galaxy S10e. Any help appreciated.

Referring to signal not data. On some Samsung handset to code has to go over 2G or 3G
