Why is it so hard to speak to someone?! Online chat doesnt seem to exist any more. Aura is no help. Each time I select an option to try and direct me to the right page I end up back on the original page!!! Tried phoning and none of the options apply. It says press 1 if your call is an emergency or complication, then says bye and ends call! I just want to speak to someone why do I have to jump through hoops

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen if you have to.
