I visited your store in Edinburgh Gyle on Saturday to assist with using the existing Vodafone number I have with an O2 contract that I took out for a family member. We supplied the PAC code and were told to wait until the phone showed no service. This was supposed to be happening at some point today. As yet no service has not appeared on my phone which has the new O2 sim installed. The phone is my elderly mum’s phone and this is causing a lot of anxiety for her.
I just want her to be able to make and receive calls and texts on her Vodafone number. I’m not impressed that it took from Saturday to Tuesday anyway. It’s now 18:30 and she still hasn’t had her number switched.

@KS3

As it's been the BH, nothing will have happened over the weekend and  Monday.

Keep rebooting the phone and expect normal service will be resumed by tomorrow.

If nothing has happened by then, you need to call O2 on any number in this guide
