Solved: Change contact name on my pay as you go account

Hello the name on my O2 pay as you go account it incorrect. I am not James Coile. How do I update this? It won’t let me in the ap.

You need to call O2 on 4445.

Account change by O2 without my knowledge

CREDIT FILE REFERRAL TEAM - NO RESPONSE

No signal or data

I have switched provider and can't access the bill...
