Got a new Samsung S23FE which was ok untill i had to put a new sim in now it wont let me unlock screen the ok is not highlighted so cant put pin in

What happens if you remove the SIM  and start the phone

Does the old SIM still work?

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Doesn't it change when the correct number of characters are entered on the screen?
